What would a sustainable revenue model for blockchain games look like?
>>61909667>blockchaingo back to bed grandpa, it isn't 2017 anymore
>>61909667> revenue model
the only options to generate real revenue are>collect fees from transactions>sell bullshit to the plebs
>>61909667maybe make an actual fun game the crypto is just an optional finishing touch for multiplayerevery retard in the crypto space gets this wrong because they're turbospergs that are obsessed with crypto and getting rich, not one of them actually cares about making a fun game and using crypto as a sort of trade/ownership system within the game
>>61910528Seriously. Bro thought he could spam together some words and get rich
>>61911382Its been almost 10 years since smart contract systems and I'm honestly amazed there haven't been any major games plug in some wallet system for micro transactions. Its insane they have *all* wanted to make a shitty game with a built in token as blatant cashgrabs trying to be cryptoroblox instead of just using popular top 20 or top 50 coins that already have stable price action and volume. Is the internet truly this dead?
sounds like mutantrolls to me
>>61911562steam doesn't allow games to have crypto payments, which basically kills the idea right there. who is going to launch a standalone game just so they can allow crypto payments, when credit cards are already frictionless for all of their users?
>>61911740>credit cards >frictionlessI'm not trying to stir shit but you might want to rethink thatOne of steams competitors, if they have any savvy, would be smart to curate such an experience after vetting it isnt a scam. Hell, even facilitating buying various games' bullshit in game currencies by charging your epic or ea account wallet with crypto would get a lot of volume (as long as you can't explicitly cash it back out, because that's big bad for some reason)
>>61910528have you ever used blockchain tech to its full capacity?
>>61911698?
clawbot auto money, when?
