How much of the economy is just rich people passing money to each other?
What makes you think that rich people handing each other money is somehow fake while poor people doing the same thing isn't?
The "economy" has always been rich people passing money to each other retardpoor people never mattered, in ancient times they were cannon fodder and in contemporary times they're wage slaves
>>61919531The point being that gdp isn't actually reflective of real wealth since so much of it is in possession of few individuals and easily manipulated by them contrarian dipshit
>>61919531US economy is fake and thats why there is people working but can't afford things that they could build in less time they spend working.Non 3rd worlds actually can just work and have a life.No matter how mich money your economy has, it loses value at the same phase you make more. You are poor no matter how big numbers you print on your stockmarket.
ITT: Retards who have no fundamental understanding of economics.
>>61919537You have no idea what you're talking about, do you? What is "wealth" if not the value of produced goods? >>61919542That's a problem that exists everywhere. There has always and will always be someone who works but can't afford luxuries. But that's a problem that very small in the states. It affects a small portion of people. It's exclusively a big city problem with high density population. Once you get out into the sticks, that problem vanishes. It's not a problem of money, it's a problem of population density causing too much demand, and the land not having enough space to accommodate them.
>>61919537>since so much of it is in possession of few individualsthat has literally only ever been the case
>>61919569Don't tell the zoomoids that. They think rich people are a completely new phenomenon.
>>61919564Nope. Europe has everyone living in good quality outside of Paris and few other extra old big cities.Japan has few homeless people. Iceland had too few homes because of building materials had to be shipped and there were lot of new tourists in need of hotels/airbnb. Other nordics has had no problems what so ever.Printed money has not inflated stocks or anything else in these marketareas. In normal areas it costs 2-5 years single income to buy a new house. +1-3 years when you take out a loan.Everything you need to live off can be bought for ⅛-⅕ of single income. If this is not true for your area, your area's economy is fucked. It's normal to work for 3 years and buy/build a home. Move in whit your new wife and have her stay at home.
