I just discovered that I was still paying insurance on a truck I sold three years ago.
Based.Go wreck the car you sold and claim your insurance.
Do you not check your statements?
That's not fair. You should go to the court house and ask to meet with a judge and have him make it all better for you and give you fresh cookies.

>>61921484How do you not notice money being taken out of your account that you don't recognize? I get pissed off when I get a random charge from amazon because they only charge once it ships, it's caught me off guard before thinking I still had money in my account.
I would rather be this kind of retard than my kind desu>spreadsheetfag>opens up banking app multiple times a day >has fuck all actual transactions/activity
>>61921484>>61921484You are legally entitled to every cent back.I work in insurance and did the same thing. I didn't forget about it I was just too fucked up to call and cancel for 3 years. As you no longer own the vehicle you have no insurable interest in it which means the subject of the contract does not exist (you can't insure an asset you don't have an interest in) therefore the contract is not voidable but in fact void meaning it never could have existed from the date you sold your car. It's pretty basic contract law but good luck finding a non-retarded person to help you.Frankly the insurer has no right to keep that premium since they could never have honored their end of the contract. There is a case in Canada where a man was paying for insurance for 9 years on a car he scrapped and the ombudsman ordered all premiums be returned to him.
>>61921484You can get a refund, but yikes at that lost opportunity cost and inflation.Should have paid them in silver and gold.
