As a McManager, and (real)job manager in my years managing people, i was trained by boomer managers to never give wagies perfect scores.They told me "Only give a 4/5 or 8 - 9/10 at most, give them something to improve on, even your best workers" while also "saving" money on raises and bonuses (we take the bigger check)I did this strategy, and lost all my best wagies the first two times around. Last time we launched a rocket of our own was 2011. Keep getting harrased because of issues with systems. I look at the report date of these items, are years before I was hired. We are never going back to the moon.
