>so they arent going to riseWhy the fuck has every TA and their mum being saying this when Cleary 70 dollars oil is not pricing in 20% of the worlds oil coming to a halt?
>>61929061what?
>>61929065Wallstreet anyalsts and TA (trend anyalsts) have being saying for weeks prior to the February 28th strikes that even if a war breaks out in the middle east all of this geopolitical and supply chain risks are factored into its current price and it is already trading at a risk premium, which is insane considering 20% of the worlds easiest extractable oil has been effectively shut off and the only reason prices havent surged is due to a on market surplus as OPEC released its reserves
>>61929089I hear you anon. This was the most retarded shit I’ve ever seen. Yesterday was a golden opportunity for anyone who wasn’t sucking Trump off or bone dead retarded to long oil or go short - because OBVIOUSLY shit is hyper fucked and it’s insane no one was acknowledging it.
>>61929089лyл
>>61929126> hyper fucked and it’s insane no one was acknowledging it.the second we use up the on market opec surplus is the second oil prices go bananas, as their wont be any in reserve and much less being extracted as half of it will be in a cloud drifting over asia
>>61929152And how long will it take until the surplus runs out?
>>61929409well thats the question 2 weeks (not doing the gay meme) is the estimate at the longest
Most of Asia's oil comes from the Middle East. They are thoroughly fucked. China is over
>>61929152So what should I invest in for this?
>>61929646anything the tracks oil prices or non middle eastern oil companies in Brazil or America, petrobras seems good so do XOM and CVX, OXY seems good as per $1 increase in the WTI oil price its cash flow increases by 240 million, if oil reaches 100 it will have a cash flow of 15 billion and should hopefully be able to pay off its crown rock acquisitions, and it has a break even price of 40 dollars whilst being concentrated in the Permian basin where as the average for domestic us producers is like 50 -60 but the risks with oxy are more so now as they sold off oxy chem for very little to Berkshire so they have kind of become a leveraged oil purchase, at least in my uneducated opinion
>>61929061prices are already up, so what are we even talking about?
