I don't know very well where to post this so I'm gonna post it here.Should I lie in my employement application with my experience or be honest?I tried to apply for a lot of jobs saying that I got no experience, but always end tha same way, the recruiter or human resources not even responding after I say that I got no experience, so at this point I think the only way to got a job is lying. Is there any other way to getting a job without a recommendation nor experience?

>>61930356I think the worst it could happen is that I get fired of the job after getting contracted, but one of my friends told me that they could even sue me, but I'm not sure if they can do that
>>61930392they can sue you, they (almost) never will (assuming youre in the US)
>>61930286Saying youre a woman IS a lie OP
Indians do it all the time, though they have fake diploma mills willing to back them up

>>61930286your biggest hurdle will be the BACKGROUND check if its a decent organizationHR isn't connected to the organizationthe people who initially interview you aren't even your supervisorsHR isn't connected to the background check serviceYou can lie to HR / recruiterbut don't lie to the BACKGROUND (education/criminal)because its either a pass/fail they will return to HR/recruiterYou could tell HR you have a Masters but only have a BAOn your Background check only state you have a BA> you passed the background check
>>61930597this wont work when companies use external background check firms the always send either or both the resume you applied with and/or the workday form you filled out for experience. so never lie about a degree, but you can lie about work experience as long as you have a friend or someething at a company with a belivable email which who they can contract i've used my friend who is a sales manager at a a LARGE company i never worked at as a reference for confirmation i worked there. if they ask for tax returns, say "sorry not comfortable sharing that with anybody but i have plenty of references you can talk to"
>>61930624>this wont workit worked for me.But definitely heavily EMBELISH your work history, what you didyou may not be a SME on API integration, you may have worked on it in passing, but play your experience up with it on ("API solution architect for multiple UX projects leveraging JSON codec DVD director cuts")
>>61930286Just put the last 5 years of work history as >under NDAPut whatever job title you're applying for.If they ask, just say you're not allowed to talk about it
>>61930356He gets fired with no notice, and the company files a lawsuit against him for fraud.
>>61930624>tax returns Outside of needing some crazy security clearance who would even ask for this?
>>61930705This happened to me once, I got a resume from a pajeeta who claimed to have worked at a previous employer at the same time as me, and who listed her job as the position I had held on the project I was on which I thought was pretty cheeky. I didn't recognize the name, but did recognize some of her references, so we invited her in for an in-person interview just out of morbid curiousity. When she walked into the interview room I still didn't recognize her but she sure as fuck recognized me. I sat there quietly while the other guys on the interview team questioned her about all the details of her time in that position. Hopefully she learned a lesson and cooled down her resume inflation a bit. But probably not, poos gonna poo.
>>61930931just did an interview a few months ago for a position. Some nigerian that lives in the states that clearly took his work history and adapted it to be word salad of the position he applied for with us (i.e he worked for a railroad company saying he did healthcare integrations)....He passed an interview with HR ladygot to me and I asked basic questions that he answered it completely generic examples, then asked him what version of software he was using > immediately drops from the video callrejoins a few minutes later with 'connection' excusecontinue on to wrap things up, he answers another question with word salad...pause....out of nowhere the AI tool he was using to answer questions repeats back word-for-word what he just told me> he immediately drops from the callno end to how lazy people can be to get hired
>>61930286lie 100%
Got called a liar for a role I did but wasn’t paid according to the role. Can’t get a higher role even though I am over qualified.Whatever it is HR is looking for it’s not skill.
Fluff it up as much as possible because you are competing against indians that lie and hiring departments are full of indians looking for any reason to hire other indians.
>>61931736Sorry chud, HR just doesn't think you're boyfriend material.
