Look how offices operated in the 50s to 80s before computers. A lot of jobs existed because people had to write stuff down either manually or in a typewriter and then move papers around. The rise of computers didn't eliminate all office jobs, it just raised productivity.Same shit will happen with accountants. The human accountant will always be needed because you can't fully trust the AI slop, legally you have to audit stuff with human eyes. You don't expect AI to be allowed to replace lawyers, why would you expect it to be allowed to replace accountants?
