Try to see if you can go to some type of vocational school that will teach you a real skill like welding, HVAC, electrical, etc. If the schools cost money, then work something like retail or fast food on the side.Those types of skills are not getting automated anytime soon. Pay attention in class. Be curious. Become an apprentice. Eventually, start your own business. Expand your network. Be honest, communicate with clients, and do a good job. Word of mouth will expand your network fast. People are tired of shitty plumbers and electricians who charge an arm and a leg but only partially solve the problem.
