>>61949489it's a global market. also isn't not as simple as oil = oil. there are different grades or types of oil. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_crude_oil_products refineries are built to process certain grades of oil. you can't easily re-tool a refinery to process other grades, it's a massive undertaking that costs a lot of money.
