What does it suggest about the financial literacy of the average American if they are going into credit card debt to take Disney vacations and buying $25,000 40 year Disney timeshares?

average american is bad with money because of bad spending habits.
the average third woldie is bad with money because lack of financial literacy + being broke.
for op, it suggests there's demand for it and market that can be exploit financially.
same thing wouldn't really work like let's say russia because of different spending habits among people and less purchasing power in comparison to the average american
