Iran won't diddle the strait of Hormuz with naval mines, right? America has only 3 SDF vessels in service...https://www.chosun.com/english/world-en/2026/03/04/GSFYBQLNMNCJHJVQO5HYIOOACY/
hehe thanks for the tip dumb infidel
>>61954926you need a real ship to mine. checkout WW2, the germans laid a bunch of joke mines before every uboat lane was filled with so many mines they couldn't leave.
Consider the following:Modified Shahed to drop naval mines in the sea. Or heck, to become the mines themselves
>>61955523NO YOU DO NOT. YOU CAN MINE THE STRAIT WITH FUCKING SPEED BOATS. WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU GETTING THIS INFO?
WHO THE FUCK IS TELLING PEOPLE THAT THE STRAIT OF HORMUZ IS NO BIG DEAL? I KEEP ENCOUNTERING PEOPLE ON HERE THAT THINK IRAN CAN'T STOP SHIPS FROM GOING THROUGH. THAT THINK IRAN CAN'T JUST MINE THE FUCK OUT OF IT WITH SPEED BOATS OR SEND MISSILES/DRONES/WHATEVER AT TANKERS. THEY ABSOLUTELY CAN AND WILL DO ALL OF THAT. IT'S THE BIGGEST SINGLE RISK WITH ATTACKING IRAN, WE'VE ALWAYS KNOWN THIS WHICH IS WHY WE DIDN'T DO IT FOR DECADES. THERE IS NO SOLUTION. WE COULDN'T STOP FUCKING EVEN THE FUCKING HOUTHIS FROM CLOSING RED SEA TRAFFIC NO MATTER HOW MUCH WE BOMBED THEM
What are they going to mine it with, drones? The strait is full of american navy vessels. They should have done it before the war started.
Coast guard sweeps for mines during any naval missions they are the most elite team the actual tip of the spear. It would be very dumb for Iran to engage them. But they will like get engaged anyway.
>>61954926Iran is losing big time, don't worry about it
>>61955581idk probably actual retards
>Mines the straight>Loses all strategic partnersIt would be suicide to do.
Iran doesn’t need to mine the strait. The Houthis closed the Red Sea just with missiles and the US was unable to reopen it. Iran has plenty of missiles.

>>61956299Biden reopened it in like a week.
>>61956299>The Houthis closed the Red SeaThey never did though.
>>61955581They manufacture drones underground but they still need to be transported. You can harass that location
>>61955523Mines can be laid by submarines, rockets or aircraft (including drones).
>>61956271Which strategic partners? The only country that provides material support to Iran is Russia, which loves high oil prices
