is it worse to be fired for being late or for poor performance? I showed up on time to my warehouse job every day but I got fired because I couldn't move the boxes quickly enough.

gotta move faster, work harder, goy
>>
I don't think it matters at all

Their loss. With wages and general quality of human beings as low as it is they should've been ecstatic to have a dude who actually comes to work. And on time, too!
Every job I've worked in the last decade half my coworkers seem to show up late all the time or take like every other day off. Dip early too. Usually after complaining about how much they need more cash for the ever-rising cost of living/their three pack a day cig habit.

I got fired for poor performance and just like a month or two earlier I got a raise for great performance. He never said I was then performing poorly and need to improve, just fired out of nowhere

tbf I was pretty slow. We were ticketing items at a tj maxx warehouse and my score (they have a computer that scores you) was always lower than everyone else.

Disgusting

Why are you working at a warehouse? Get a cushy office job and just play the game. It's way easier lol
>>
If youre fired for being late then you were never needed at your job
>>

How? I'm 23 and I don't have a degree or anything. I have basic tech literacy (I've set up several websites/computers/servers but I barely understand apache linux) but other than that I'm a moron. I've tried applying to various jobs but they never call me back. It's really easy to get a warehouse job and just start making money.
>>
>>61964952
I don't know how you guys do it honestly. I got rejected from so many warehouse jobs even when I tried to apply to them
>>
>>61964979
It’s because he’s 23. You must be in your 30s
>>
>>61964803
showing up on time is always fair. the spics and foreigners who show up 30 minutes early aren't getting anywhere.
performance typically is used as an excuse cause they are running out of money/DEI/slaves.

make sure you say you're available all shifts even if you aren't

if it's a temporary job still accept it. mine was a temp job (heavy lifting only) and day one our orientation supervisor said they'd make us all permanent after three months and I had the option to pick a non-heavy lifting position.

other than that make sure to call the HR department because they're lazy and won't get things done on their own.

I had a dude I fired that was like you. He was a great dude but just didnt have the mind for my industry. I didn't just tell him to fuck off, and I tried to make sure he transitioned somewhere else well. All my constantly late employees were dickheads. So I think you're in a better spot. Workout and keep going.

Poor performance. Just talking from my own experience. For late, it depends on how late and how often you're late for it to matter since I just want the job done properly and on time. I otherwise don't care if you're consistently 10 minutes late getting in or something, unless you have a position where you're required there right at the start of your shift for whatever reason. Like, phone and reception need to be on time since psychos like to call in immediately at opening.

I think I'm legit just slower than other people lol

But yeah that job was super woke 70% of my coworkers didn't speak English and they even had foot washing stations and prayer mats in the restroom for the muslims.

You can't always be visibly the worst at something and never improve

>>61964897
That's bullshit
>>
>>61965080
so the chuds who are obsessed with minorities are the weak ones getting outperformed by them...
>>
just break into the warehouse and steal, don't work into a warehouse lmao, especially in goyland USA lmao

This wouldn't happen if you were buff, I'm 250 pounds 6 ft 3 and I used to work at a hardware store and a supermarket, I would sleep in my car for 2-4 hours of my morning shift and my boomer coworkers would seethe about it constantly but nothing ever happened because the manager was a beta male who drove a bicycle to work so he didn't dare to say shit to me. Also when higher management would come in they would instantly gravitate towards me and I would tell them all the good stuff about the store, if I said something bad about the managers it would be over for them.
>TLDR be CHAD

Make a fake resume. I didn’t get my first full-time job until I was 24 in early 2022. I used companies I interviewed with and just remembered the stuff I learned to make it convincing.
>>
>>61965515
I'm not obsessed with minorities and I don't blame them for me getting fired. I'm just saying it's kinda goofy that none of my coworkers spoke English.
