is it worse to be fired for being late or for poor performance? I showed up on time to my warehouse job every day but I got fired because I couldn't move the boxes quickly enough.

I otherwise don't care if you're consistently 10 minutes late getting in or something, unless you have a position where you're required there right at the start of your shift for whatever reason. Also when higher management would come in they would instantly gravitate towards me and I would tell them all the good stuff about the store, if I said something bad about the managers it would be over for them.>TLDR be CHAD
