So, I've been thinking about current nuke on software.

Thing is, it's very irrational compared to all previous nukes, it is same as COVID dump, comparable to 2022 rate hike nuke and Trump Tariff nukes. It feels there should be a much more logical explanation to that, since their profit is rising, AI vibecoding trash ain't going to replace decades products, moreover its going to supplement it which in turn should increase profit once again.

What I see on news is issues with private credit firms, which may provide an explanation to that - increased retail demand for reimbursement from private credit is due to retail being susceptible to the AI trash hoax that spreaded on the xitter (aka Citrini article syndrome, lmao), which in turn smashed software stocks despite good fundamentals (also nuked crypto) and caused private credit to limit withdrawals.
