I just spent 3 days working/chilling with people worth over 100 mil in a major city. I am a poor.

Rich people are always fascinated by my poorfag stories.
>>
Zased. One time I spent a few days chilling with my rich Jordanian friends in Cinncinati and they gave me a 2025 m3 comp to drive while I was there and took me to an expensive steakhouse

Unfortunately my friend’s whore wife’s cousin got caught funneling money from his business and the whore sided with the cousin and ended up divorcing my friend, haven’t really see him since then

These ones didn't care about mine. They just say "oh cool" and move on, that was last time I chilled with them. We bonded with one because he gets employees from Eastern Europe and underpays them and I am from Eastern Europe, so I made jokes about how he has slave labor, he enjoyed that one. I grew up in a room in a communal Soviet block with a shared bathroom with no shower, so I have good ones, like the neighbor prostitutes autistic son drawing on the walls with shit while she is whoring in the room next door. Her titties were fine though, sometimes I wonder if she would have let me touch them at 7 years old, because why not, whore anyway.

I am not that poor biw, I am just old and a wagie, my poor friends have new Supras and 700whp MR2s with smooth boost that keep up with ZR1s, so M3 comp wouldn't be an event for me.

The rich fags absolutely do not flex cars since it's considered tacky. A previous story from chilling with them is that one of the kids at the company cashed in his equity and got a 718 and then the founder brutally smoked him in his Plaid. Note - I am not a fan of Tesla, but it was still funny. I think the kid didn't really know how to drop gears to drag either, so it was just bad.

But yea, these fags flex their private jet (emphasis on jet, not plane), but they still share it.

Oh, and they made fun of Cincinnati. They went to Jeff Ruby's and one of them cut up the table cloth and ran around with it.

I get the impression people like that are rather insulated and uninteresting in anything not related to their exact field of work. As in having the most normie (or at best pseud) views on politics, philosophy, history, etc. I assume thats why people like crowly and rasputin where able to walk circles around the upperclass in spite being insane
Does that line up with your experience?

It's a little bit more nuanced than that.

>I get the impression people like that are rather insulated and uninteresting in anything not related to their exact field of work
This is largely correct. They are extremely focused on their work and spend most of their day working on their business. Note that "business" isn't some vague word that MBA kids think it is. If they work on servers, they spend all day working on servers. If they work on small satellites, they spend all day on it. That does includes sales, conferences, etc.

The one difference I found between them and me (and other loser nerds) is that it's not conceptual either - they don't spend time chasing vague theory, like "but what if blah", they always ask what's in the market no, what's realistic, and is it actually going to give an advantage over competitors and/or for sales.

They are also obsessed over money and flexing on their other rich friends, but again, literally just with the number, not any material things.

>As in having the most normie (or at best pseud) views on politics, philosophy, history, etc.
They don't really do the theorizing part that we do on here, but that's not to say they can't think critically / consider the other possibilities. Let's say you say that 9/11 was a false flag. They will just "sure, that makes sense, governments have done insider t attacks to drum up support for military actions". If you go more into the /pol/ side of things about the owner, how he wasn't there, what country he is associated with, etc, they will also not dismiss it, just say it makes sense. But they are not going to dwell on it or speak about it for days.

They also have conversations like "The US is more communist than X European country, because in X country we couldn't get funding to do research, but the US gave us a bil so they don't fall behind globally."

tldr: Not dumb, but definitely not dwelling on shit like "are aliens real" - they understand that it doesn't matter to them day-to-day.

> I assume thats why people like crowly and rasputin where able to walk circles around the upperclass in spite being insane
Now this is the key point which is wrong - both Crowley and Rasputin ran circles around idiots. There is a clear distinction between idiotic old money (and not all of them are) and people who do shit and can differentiate bs from fiction.

I am going to pretend I am rich and go high level - Rasputin ran circles around spoiled court-ladies and the empress who didn't do shit, were bored, open to mysticism and didn't get good dick. They WANTED to believe him and had nothing on the line (well, except the whole imperial family eventually losing influence and being assassinated), but you get the gist.

Crowley never achieved shit after he became an occultist - he rode on his old money and reputation as a chess player and alpinist, but these guys would absolutely NOT believe him, because the immediate question is "what practical problems do you solve?" and the answer is "nothing", and that ends the convo.

P.S. Comte of St.Germain would probably be a better example, but they wouldn't believe him either.

Short answer - no, and not just for occultists, any other bsers.

Also, people always say "network with rich people" - the reality is that only works if you have real alignment, like they sell serves and you sell RAM, then they MIGHT go with you over a competitor if you can talk through a decent deal and they know they can knock on your door to solve problems. But there is never any magic "networking" effect.

Hard no to your original question, unless they are the true generate multi-generation wealth which is actually rare, because they still have to appear competitive to peers.
>>

And finally, there is a good chance they don't really know who Crowley and St.Germain are and haven't heard of them, because they didn't spend time reading occult shit to begin with.

They will know of Rasputin exactly as a history book describes them, but you and I spend way too much time reading useless shit. In that way, we "fell for it" more than they did, since we are researching something that essentially has no value just so we can mumble obscure shit. I will say that because of looking into, we are probably more resilient to cults, silly ideas, etc. However, the rich fags I am talking about just dismiss them outright. They are literally working on their business or going out with models (or their wives in many cases) while you and I shitpost here. And it adds up. I work really hard, but I still shitpost in between, they don't. They really do "work hard/party hard". I thought I worked hard too, but the fact that my top entertainment is posting here does kill motivation and I drag work out because I haven't hard real success. They stay motivated.

> I work really hard, but I still shitpost in between, they don't.

they've got that grindset mindset which is like the left end of the IQ bell curve really, isn't it? they end up being about as interesting to talk to as a delivery driver, at the end of the day.

And they never ever stop watching every word that comes out of their mouths. There's never a slip of the tongue. Just like low IQ retards are sweating over 'err did i just say the wrong thing?? no u said the wrong thing! no wait did i say it', so are rich people.
