The current climate, economic, political, and cultural, all feel like right before the Covid scamdemic started.

I'd recommend any area with water, either a lot of rainfall or a large lake on the property.
The great lakes states are good for dairy and poultry, because there is so much water that corn and hay grow abundantly, which feed the livestock. The drier states like texas are good for goats, they do better in drier climates.
Also dyor on the state's department of agriculture posturing. Some states are staunchly supportive of farmers, allowing concessions on building permits, zoning, and slaughtering. Other states are methodically trying to put farmers out of business, for example, banning farmers from using the water in wells on their own land.

Water: you can ask the seller for permission to take a sample of the well water for testing. I know it's very common to do but not sure where it's done. There are usually resources with the county soil and water nonprofit, the health department, or the state University extension office in your county. They would all know. Wow so many things I wasted money and time on. First thing is get the water supply and heat source and livestock fencing in order. Don't buy the livestock until there's proper shelter and ROI calculations. Greg Judy on YouTube talks a lot about fencing. Probably if I had more the money I started with I would have invested in more fencing, a 4*4 truck, and utility trailer, and 5-ton grain bin. I pray every day for xrp to moon.
As far as soil, research the types of crops, fruit trees, livestock you are interested in and then see what types of soil they do best in. The farther north you go the shorter the growing season do you'll be doing more indoor growing in greenhouses and barns.

I've been holding since .30 cents. I would of bought even more if Coinbase didn't block us for 2 years. Should of bought more at .50 cents, but I was already in too deep for all these other shit coins. I could of bought ETH AT 70 dollars, but at the time I had really no concept of the gains and it felt too risky buying like maybe 10 ETH in hopes it would hit maybe like 200 dollars. Looking back it hurts. I knew a guy back in like 2012 who was mining Bitcoin and he told me to buy some, but I was too sketched out about holding some digital asset on my own and how it would be transfered one day. I'm a diamonds hand kind of person, so I won't be selling anything for like 10 years, unless I'm in the millions. Surprisingly Doge is one of my best buys, which feels crazy to think about, but I actually have high hopes for its future and no one really knows which Cryptos are gonna skyrocket at this point. We're in a bearish market and majority of society hasn't even jumped on board to crypto. X payments may be a big things for Doge and Fornite just dropped a Dogecoin rocket. Elon is still gonna send a rocket around the moon with Dogecoin logo, and it might happen this year. The crypto space is a very intriguing and fun space, but can also be Brootal. It's the best form of modern gambling its really fun imo.
