Is there any actual good way to find a job other than going on indeed? I'm just looking for a wagie job nothing too serious, I don't have any degrees or anything. I don't know how to find one though, I've tried indeed before and got a few interviews that went no where. What am I doing wrong?

I've been looking for heavy industries jobs, like field service, hydraulics and equipment maintenance in Europe, through Indeed/Glassdoor, and best I've got are only automated rejection e-mails. About 60% of my applications got a rejection e-mail back, even though I have education and work experience. Idk what I'm doing wrong, but I did see a Front End Developer get a job by posting a dumpling recipe as his resume.

been also wondering on a new job at least, current one refused giving a better pay despite for a month or two of them saying we're all gonna 1 on 1 talk with team leads/coaches and get evaluated for better paythen only for it to still be the same fucking 30 cents every year. If you're really great they offer you full time but in my experience it's rarely worth taking. Worked at a ski resort over this past winter. Worked at a campground last summer. I went on Google maps and looked at places near me, then went looked up job hosting sites other than Indeed... although Indeed can still have some in your field but the good ones are probably just linked to apply on their website. I got plenty of rejection letters this past week before even setting up an interview but I got one finally from applying on the company website. Have AI look at your resume if you know it's not good enough to pay a professional on fiver to do it for you. No experience, ez certs, ez hire would be security + guard card, forklift cert for warehouse
