Quietly imply that you're taking a risk doing an interview with this company and that you have different offers. I'd say that you can lie and say that you have 3 interviews back to back today and 2 others on Monday so planning around this to give each employer a fair shot. Just assert that you read over the company and that you like the environment and work culture the employer might bring. Don't talk about pay until the end of the interview though and tell them you'll get back to them after fully assessing the other options.

Employers are looking for someone that will follow up regardless of the outcome, companies aren't a monolith with their applicants and if they get jaded that you had an honest mistake (one that you're embellishing as well) then you dodged a bullet by joining a toxic work culture. So frame it as if you get rejected for this simple mistake, you dodged a bullet from a potentially manipulative and soulless corporations. Don't just take the offer because the position seems lucrative or the company has status. Join them if the culture fits you. I'd rather work at a bucees gas station and become a regional manager for 120k than some prestigious firm as a pencil pusher for 70k.
