Just stay away from Vancouver proper if you're goal is to avoid Indians. West and North is still mostly white with a large Asian minority and Iranian minority. The biggest problem is that the housing market in most places is fucked and no one in power is actually going to do anything to fix it. We probably would never see a massive crash like in USA in 2008 because our banks are more regulated and can't do that kind of stupid shit with loans, but a significant drop in property value across the country would be a huge hit to our economy and would also piss off a lot of boomer voters, so we'll just see slow inflationary creep for a few more decades unless something major changes.I don't think immigrants are an issue, but then again I don't live anywhere near Vancouver, Toronto, or Calgary.

>>62013310I went to college near Albany Ny in the mid-80s (I'm a 58 yo boomer). We used to weekend travel to Toronto and Montreal all the time to party. It was practically 100% white and the only problem were the snooty French speakers. I went back from time to time since then and when I went last year it was obviously not white at all anymore. So many fucking Indians its unbelievable, as well as tons more blacks. Its definitely gone down hill over the years, and the prices for things are wayyy higher than the US. Canada is in a bad way, not sure what they can do about it now because I think they're too far gone.

I'm a burger who lives close to the border of Ontario and Quebec, 15 years ago people would treat moving to Canada as a reasonable thing to do if you found a decent job or a deal on the right house or whatever, try saying you're thinking about doing that and you'll get laughed out of the room. Everything there is unreasonably expensive, the country is so brown that most of it looks like a third world country, cities are dirty, nobody is friendly, you just get this sense that you're walking around through Hell on Earth and it's because you are. Most of Quebec City is fine if you speak French, but I would never even consider going to any other major Canadian city again, especially Toronto and Vancouver.
