Crypto moves sideways all the time, sometimes for months, bouncing between support and resistance, until it breaks out. During the bear market it will most likely dump hard and during the bull market it will pump. It's all probabilities, but shorting the resistance during the bear market can make you a shitton of money.2. Never open a trade during Euro hours. Euro hours are dangerous because there's no volume and then, the Americans wake up and they can do whatever the hell they want, specially during the first 2-3 hours. 3. Check out the calendar and see if there's any important talk. Last week Jerome Powell's speech was one of the easiest shorts in history. With oil prices at +100$, what the hell was he gonna say. It was so obvious. 4. Trump's world (MOST IMPORTANT RULE RIGHT NOW). As I said, we're living in Trump's world. One Truth Social post by trump can move the markets so hard that right now, this is the most importan thing. It's pure game theory because the world knows it, even if everybody knows what he is saying is bullshit. 5. Fridays is when you short hard. With the stock market closed, Trump has his childish temper tantrums once the us stock market closes. SHORT HARD. I take this shorts as short time shorts, usually close them before sunday. He TACOs out and often times he will say something bullish between sunday and monday to pump the markets. 6. Stop losses.Usually 5%-10%, depending on my conviction. And when it's going my way, I took some small profits, and move the stop loss so that in the worst case scenario, I break even considering the fees. But as I said, right now, we're living in Trump's world. I don't know for how long, but right now, Trump's temper tantrums are your best indicator.
