Maybe it could work if it's more like an RV park? You just buy a small plot and set down whatever you've got. Have utility hookups for each spot. You could use anything from a shed to a big boomer RV. You're protected from the elements so anything should be fine. Don't know the legal side of things though.

I would only move into such a neighborhood if it was heavily diversified. I want to see multiple ethnicity and diverse religious groups in my future neighborhood.
