Note: This is a thread just to discuss what’s known as a side hustle, in other words, yes we are all aware about things like having a full time job to make money this isn’t about thatThat being saidWhich side hustles have you tried that are successful and want to share the secret sauce to others aboutIt’s a big game, might as well share some tips togetherPersonally I’ve only explored getting some extra money for two months now and have netted a bit keep than $200 bucks but hopefully that monthly total will continue to grow but also am getting bored of it and kinda wanna switch Anyway look at these cute Japanese girls holding sweet potatoes
trade, dont gamble, manage your risk. hustling is for goyim.

is flipping shit on FB marketplace still a good way to earn? i know there's good deals to be made cause i've successfully jewed people out of music instruments and workout equipment for about 1/2 off. Just wondering about how hard it would be finding buyers for a profit and the logistics of it all
>>62023678It's a hassle dealing with people. it can work out if you have detailed knowledge of the products to guess it#s real value vs. its Price. Synthesizer or High-End Mountainbikes are such niché thing. But at best you can skim some 20-30% off- Not really worth the hassle
>>62022097What's the game dev version of a side hustle? A proper game takes like 4 years to make, is there something you can do for a few hours every week that will make money with game dev?
Bump
>>62023678It's a huge hassle unless You're flipping something niche with high margins. I used to collect broken power tools, fix them and then sell them because I could steal those spare parts from my workplace. The only people calling were "specific" people I wouldn't ever talk to otherwise. It was very easy to get scammed. From time to time I managed to acquire some old broken industrial-grade lathe or mill. Those were better. You can buy them for their crap value, take spare parts from unfixable ones, fix the rest and then sell them for up to $2k because it's usually hobbyist calling for those. But when I was calculating how much I made given the time I spent on this shit I came to conclusion that doing overtimes at work has better rates, so still not worth it.
I used to do consumer studies for food and other products. It was an easy $30-75 for up to 1 hour of my time. I made like $6000 in my best year. I also marked it as a business on my taxes and used it to write off expenses like car mileage and internet.
