Do you have something in mind? What is it?

Sounds like a cruise ad targeting stupid and rootless boomers.
>>
>>62031227
Its not retirement, Its called the death cruise, old dying vaxxed cattle who know they only have weeks/months left to live, die on board and get thrown over board afterwards.

Not bad to be honest
>>
>>62031227
I honestly don't intend to be alive that long.
>>

Why does everyone believe they are going to die young?

Oregon Coast Northern part of possible.

Yeah Portland is gay and everything but it’s far enough away that I won’t have to deal with it directly and as an added bonus beachfront property isn’t outrageously expensive

You wont worry about Asian hordes or pirates coming ashore to rape you and rob you?
>>

My goal is to retire at 55, about 10 years earlier than the normal retirement age here.

Not too extreme, still relatively young enough to enjoy life a little bit more, and it doesn't require massive sacrifices.

By that point I hope to own a house on a decently sized plot of land so I can have dogs.

I'd reckon it's a symptom of watching everything we know and love decay in front of us, with constant apocalyptic scenarios hyped to us from birth.
Anyway, if one of those doesn't get me, I intend to facilitate the end myself. In manners I won't describe to the glowies reading this post.

If dubs you have to do a Killdozer Amok cruise for your finale

You're genuinely retarded if you think you will live to 70 if you're not a billionaire or jewish

what do retirees even do all day? play beer drink at 12pm? sitting in a chair and watching football?
my folks have grand plans of selling the house and moving down to florida all to do what? day drink for 5 years before dying of a heart condition? sounds like hell. even worse than neeting
>>
>>62031617
what does that mean...

my uncle is turning 80 next month and he is fit and functions normally with literally no issue. He is african
>>
>>62032270
NAXALT fallacy
>>
>>62032246
retirement is just permanent neeting
>noooo I need to work, not working is hell
You're absolutely correct, we need you to work yourself to death. It's for the good of the entire community and you'll go to heaven after it or something
>>
>>62031227
Actually cheaper to live on cruise ship than retirement home
>>
>>62032270
Sorry I assume everyone is the same age as me in their 20s. If you're already 50 you might make it to 70 anyone younger is getting killed by genetic weapons

working yourself to death =/= doing things
if you're content with rotting away in front of the computer jerking off and stuffing your face with carbs and sugar until you die of a heart condition then fine go ahead, be my guest. not everyone is built that way. how can you get any satisfaction out of life if you're not working towards something or on something? my early 20s WoW neeting period was the worst time of my life. similarly so many aging old faggots just live day by day collecting disability checks and the most pressing matter of their daily lives is their back pain or what they're ordering on doordash for dinner. the happiest i've ever seen an old man was my great uncle who was a woodworker through and through until the week he died. i don't see spending the last 5 years of your life day drinking and gambling as a proper way to 'finally relax' after you think you've completed your life's work. but i could be wrong i guess?
