I would love to live like this with a small kitchen and a shower/bathroom capsule around the corner.But instead my "luxury apartments" place has a nigger concierge, a janitors closet turned into a "gym", a conference room that looks abandoned and a front lobby as if we are a hotel. the apartment itself has a tiny "foyer" entrance a wall between the toilet and shower, a closet that sticks out of the wall, and an awkwardly shaped bedroom/living area separated by another fake wall making both the bedroom and living room to tiny to be genuinely two rooms.so gay. I hate how we cant build genuine use oriented homes and instead attach slop ADHD shiny toys so the property owners can charge us another extra 500$

A tiny apartment is my ideal living space too, except in practicality, noise is always an issue. Small apartment means shitty walls and low price. Low price means untermenschen sharing the building with you, and the resulting music, thumps and thuds, and other various ape noises 24/7/365. If I could pay $3000/mo for a 300 square foot apartment with actual quality construction and no apes nearby, I would sign a 5 year lease in a heartbeat.
