Yes and no. If you have the patience and willpower to store sealed boxes without feeling tempted to open them then yes. Most people (me included) are retards though and open the boxes don't get any good cards and complain all day.
It's for poorfag scalpers. You're not ever going to get rich doing this shit unless you're doing it at an industrial scale, and you would need to already be rich in order to do that making it even more nonsensical.

You have to ask yourself whether it's worth the time for such little gain, unless you're willing to buy massive bulk amounts of cards and then have to sort through all of it yourself, not to mention all the time it takes to sell individual cards, ship them out to customers, photograph them for listings, etc. It's like running a small business on top of whatever else you have going on in life. I've done it in the past, not with cards but with other collectibles like Lego and it was just draining. Yes you could make good money if you are doing a ton of listings and selling a lot of stuff, but you spend so much of your day just dealing with customers and other stuff it's not worth it unless you really really need the extra cash.
