I'm so fucked /biz/

>net worth down 95% this year in shitcoins
>homeless, no IRL assets , only crypto
>realised a big paper gain on shitcoins last 2 years and I owe the government a bunch of money
>I technically have enough crypto to pay it barely, but it will pretty much wipe my remaining coins at the bottom
> the CRA starts calling me to shake me down for the money
>Grok tells me to claim that I can't pay the taxes
>tell the CRA officer that I'm homeless and can't pay
>CRA says ok, asks me to fill out a form summarizing all transactions from my bank statements for the last 3 months
> I say OK, no problem
>have like $3k in bank, haven't put real money out or into crypto in like a year

>recieve the form
>It asks me to declare my bank transactions

>but ALSO my assets and net worth

>so if I don't declare my crypto value , I would be committing fraud (?)

>CRA can't seize anything from me, because i don't own anything physical and I don't have a job (live comfy basement life with parents) but I still don't want this heat.

>will also have to declare more gains that are now zero'd in the April tax return
>paying all this tax will totally wipe my portfolio and all of my life's work

what do biz

Should I just offer to pay $2k a month or something ? I don't know what to do. i just hope the crypto market goes up

"Lose" your crypto. Either say it was stolen ("sent to another address without your permission") or you somehow lost access to your private keys (eg. petty theft of your bag which had your HW wallet, or accidentally threw it into trash and disposed to landfill).

THEN, after this heat is done, run a "donation campaign" asking people to help you out financially, and an "anonymous donor" donates almost exactly how much crypto you lost.

Can't my transactions be traced onchain?

(Note: I haven't formally declared ownership of any wallet yet. The government doesn't know yet which wallets I use but they could "theoretically" trace everything.)
>>
how can you declare crypto assets if you never knew about them? retard

Just pay the tax, you fuck. Someone needs to pay for my CCB.
>>
taxes are voluntary
ask for an itemized bill, verified and signed as true
there is a difference between the legal person, and you, the man

I'm so fucked on my taxes. I have over 20,000 transactions for 2025. I have to literally go through every one and classify them as either self transfers (not taxed) or purchases (taxes). Even with tax software it's going to be a nightmare. I'll 100% be audited.
>>
Why would you pay taxes if they don’t know? Do you have gf? Find a vietnamese gf, use her passport for binance account (vpn). Tax in vietnam is 0% right now and soon to 0.1% per txn either gain or loss. Have fun

Nobody is tracing that shit. I got $12k back for my tax return.
>>

Yes they could. So you'd have to do it properly, theoretically speaking.
Hypothetically, something like this:
>"Lose" your crypto. Travel overseas and then, from your new temporary IP address, send your crypto to a new wallet. This is the moment you "lost" your crypto, perhaps to some petty thieves.
>Send those crypto to a mixer. This will make your crypto kinda "illicit" in several jurisdictions and CEXs probably won't want to touch them. However, you have now effectively renounced ownership of the coins. No one can prove they're yours.
>Wait for tax authorities to cool off on your current situation
>Make a video begging for donations
>Send the crypto to a new wallet which you are not afraid to declare you own. The crypto of course came from an anonymous donor who you have no idea who it is.
>Nobody can prove anything

I wondered how that fucker alex jones kept 10 million during his lawsuits. A "grand donor" just happened to give him a laptop the day they were over.
