How does Trump's political actions affect crypto positively? There must be something positively to all of this
There's a bitcoin toll booth at the hormussy now
>>62067233Negative:Trump is causing all kinds of uncertainty with his erratic decisions on macroeconomic points like global tariffs and wars.Crypto being a high risk asset, it absolutely eats shit on this aspect.Positive:He's pushing for more crypto-positive legislation, meaning institutional adoption is getting closer and closer. The negative point hits the speculative side of crypto; which also happens to be the sole price mover in all of crypto's history. The positive point benefits actual mass adoption, which has not happened yet in all of crypto's history. So on the whole the positive should massively outweigh the negative.
>>62067233ignore all externalities of news and politics, focus on PA and trade how it was intended
>>62067233You ask that question like most of his actions have been bullish. There was a big narrative that everybody was hyping themselves over, and that was him firing Gensler and making the SEC more altcoin friendly, that was the second biggest narrative that rivaled Blackrock getting spot BTC ETF's. That's supposed to be bullish, but 2025 was meh for altcoins compared to the price action in 2024 when he wasn't even president yet.
>>62067233Extremely positively. Trump banned CDBCs, Central bank cryptos. Basically slave electronic money that would track you.And allowed regular cryptos. Now the main boomer in Swift who was blocking crypto and XRP got fired.>Now That XRP is Dead, What’s Next? crypto is dead
>>62067233Crypto is dead already. Quantum computing will hack Bitcoin in ~3 years and that will be that.
>>62067233you’re a silly guy with your framing of the question toward a single outcome of positivity

>>62067233Correlation between BTC and gold is 0.85 ie its basically digital gold. Fiat currencies go up BTC will go down. I think BTC is a great hedge against a 2008 style crash, though not at the start when everyone just wants money. If US discredits the dollar more it could lose credence as the catalyst for international finance. Alternatives like BTC would do good.
>>62067263What would mass adoption look like and will it ever happen?
Go hard in BTC or ETH. Other coins will exist and make people money but it won't be a market like gold/btc, more in the sense of aluminium or whatever. The next generation uses crypto a lot, streamers are constantly pushing it and those niggers along with us can change it in to a more crypto adaptle world. Be the change nigga, don't wait for a handout. God favours the bold.
>>62073223holy shit just shut the fuck up ya moron lmao
>>62067233>How does Trump's political actions affect crypto positively?it hasn't, yet. so far it's mostly been lip service. the only law passed so far has been the GENIUS act, which will kick in next year, but who knows what that will actually accomplish. everything else remains an unfulfilled promise
>>62076494HYPE will absolutely mog your boomer couins for the simple reality that it's the best way to trade the stock market on Saturdays when Trump randomly decides to declare he's invading Kharg island and you aren't able to react normally to stock market moves because it's closed.
