>Zoomers know that they're staring down a life sentence of slavery for the crime of being born.

I think they are just lazy.
>>
nah man, it's just low ROI. hard to argue it's not when you look at the real value of wages adjusted for inflation in the past. when you do the math it all gets really demotivating.

unless you went to an ivy league university, it's honestly not worth trying.
>>
>>62072316
Both can be true.
>>
>>62072316
It’s even worst man. Gen x and boomers grow up on “looks is not all” and no one was poisoned by social media.
Now zoomers have to compete with the whole world to have a gf, looks max and whatevermaxx to get ahead (and yet they can’t cause they didn’t choose a right parents) and on top of that, they never gonna own shit anyway
What an awful life to have
>>
>>62072383
Yeah, kinda sucks for zoomers and when I tell them these things, they talk shit to me so fuck them. Lost generation.
>>
I'm a 28 year old zoomer and I majored in computer science. Got hired in 2021 during the post-covid boom. These kids, the post-2000mers, are just lazy fuckers who can't even compile correctly and thought a degree would be enough to get them a job. Tough shit little bruh, my house is already paid off and I'm going to propose to my 21yo gf as soon as she finishes school.
>>
>>62072397
I mean fuck, coming to an empty home that you at least own is bearable.
Working your life for someone who loves you, and your children and friends who love you makes the struggle worth it.
How can a zoomer who dont have a date, who watches clavicle literaly mog him through the screen and takes his “future” girl, gonna even “hustle”? Like what is even the fucking point of struggle? For what?
Now you can’t even come to an empty home lol
>>
>>62072415
Meh, the winners and losers are clearly divided now. Every family had 100 years to make it. The race is over.

Keep crying bitch zoomers. You can afford a house when you're 35 and work for it. Meanwhile you can buy a computer for $2000 (that's 1 month of working at McDonald's) that is more powerful than a $50,000,000 supercomputer from the 90s. And don't even get me started on how much we had to pay for just fucking text messages and how much it cost to dial up per minute onto the fucking Internet when you can get a $50 5G cellphone Internet plan that's 100x faster than a $500 a month t1 subscription.
A lower class zoomer lives a life 10x better than us retards that had to grow up in the 90s and 2000s if you didn't spend all day crying about not owning some plywood shit box in your 20s all day
>>
What's the chance that life has always been a grind just to survive and we delude ourselves with cope simply so we can have faith that it doesn't need to be like this (even though it always has been).

Maybe housing has always been "just within reach" if you grind really hard forever to keep the goyim grinding and this is by design.
>>
>>62072427
The wealth gap is crazy now and the k shaped economy. Bottom 90% keeps falling behind.
>>
>oh no i cant afford a home at 21
While the situation is fucked, they are delusional from social media and just wand luxury without work
>>
>>62072486
Kinda. But the wealth gap and wealth building has been crazy for the haves and that is what they see.
>>
>>62072316
I genuinely think Zoomers are just pathetic whiny retards that don't even know who the Boomers actually are.

Almost everything people blame Boomers for was shit the government did before they could even vote or hold positions of political power.

>muh Social Security scam
>muh WW1
>muh WW2
>muh Korean War
>muh Vietnam War
>muh Medicare scam
>muh Medicaid scam
>muh 3rd world shithole immigration
>muh subprime loans
>muh welfare
>muh Civil Rights Act

Literally none of this happened when Boomers had any power. The first Boomer president was Bill Clinton in 1993. Boomers didn't control the majority of the House until the late 90s. The Boomers didn't control the majority of the Senate until the early 2000s. Joe Biden wasn't even a fucking Boomer, he was the generation before Boomers.

Could they have reversed this shit by now? Maybe, but this entire country is now filled with communist/feminist subverters, welfare leeches and brownskins that vote down tribal race/religious lines, so goodluck with that even if you try.
>>
I feel for them but it does really suck to have to deal with people that fundamentally in their soul do not give half a shit about doing a good job when you need a car mechanic or something
>>
Anyone who didnt have a career before covid are absolutely fucked. Thank fucking god I graduated university 1 year early and secured a job
>>
>>62072526
Many are getting laid off because of ai atm.
>>
Wages are in real terms some of the lowest they've ever been. Largely due to gargantuan quantities of money printing in lieu of increasing taxation. This has been offset somewhat by food and consumer electronics also being unprecedentedly cheap, but really, there has been virtually zero real growth in the economy for decades. The only thing that has been doing moderately well is asset prices, and this is largely because they can absorb the floating money and because businesses that have progressively shafted workers return those profits directly to shareholders.

The economy IS a pyramid scheme. You DID need to buy in early. Asset poor workers (i.e. the young) ARE chattel to asset rich owners. These are simply facts.

>>
>>62072530
No dude. I am the first and last.
And I am not demoralizing, hell man. I am a 30 year old incel.
But like when I grow up, I was lied to, I was told looks doesn’t matter and people gonna like you for what is inside.
That might have been even true before social media, but now? No way man.
Anytime I go on YouTube there is some “maxxing this, maxing that” and then there is a “hate men for this and for that” and these two just mixing together and creating a social shitshow. And no wonder people can find anyone.
I mean I sometimes ask myself, “wtf I am even doing, like why am I even trying, going to gym, going out, I know I gonna be alone till I die” but I also had good memories from me being a teenager and hopeful.
Compare it to today youth, past age of 8-9 you prob got bombarded with lookism bullshit and by age 15 you are so fucking demoralized that noting gonna matter anymore.
How can anyone do all this, living through real and made up lookism bullshit, have no one to make the struggle even worth something, and then at the end, even if he pushes through it all, he can’t even have a house to his name?
Fuck man. It’s making me depressed thinking about it
>>
>>62072550
Looks and height (for men) are actually everything because the jobs are fake so anyone can be on the board of a bank or hospital and only the well connected and good looking get there.
>>
>>62072557
Sure that’s truth. But before your competition was the local guy in your city.
Now it’s the entire globe.
I grow up in a world that wasn’t like what is it today.
Being hopeful and thinking it gonna be alright va jaded and fuck my life is over before it even began at age 9, would fuck you for life.
The mental health issue will be astronomical.
I am not saying that the end result would have been any different (you don’t look good, you won’t get anyone) but if you developed normally in during your childhood, you at least would have a better adult life experiance
But that’s taken from zoomers

whats that weird ass idea that life will magically get better once you own the property that you life in? owning means usually responsibility and work. not only is renting better financially as long as you take the extra money and invest it, it also means a stress free day2day life. you dont have to care about that crack in the wall, the leaking whatever, the insulation, the heating, uncertain political regulations that fuck up your property by forcing you to do things. imagine having to slave off your concrete coffin for 20 years just to give your life "meaning". I unironically believe a lot of wannabe home owners dont give this property thing more than a few hours of thought before they sign their 20 year loan lol
>>
>>62072988
Dont have to worry about eviction ever again. Disposable income skyrockets. Dont have to worry about 'making rent'.

>Oh the wall is cracked
ok? repair it in a few months. It's not gonna kill the house. The house I live in is 106 years old. It's fine. I own it. I have had to repair the pool once or twice. that was expensive. I have repainted it myself. Whats the problem?
>>
>>62073083
>Dont have to worry about 'making rent'
in a fictitious like we have here (rent vs owning) you already have money to either buy it straight out or get a loan with a big down payment, so in either case you have the money to rent. no one who struggles with `making rent` is going to buy property to begin with.
>Dont have to worry about eviction ever again
I do get that so some degree but in most western countries int he world there are more than enough regulations in place in favor of the tenant, not the other way around. also its enough to relocate or find something new when push comes to shove.
>repair it in a few months
I mean its great for you that you can do it yourself and dont mind the headache but the majority of people just dont want to think about this kind of shit. Its like saying "cars are cheap, all you have to do is do the majority of repairs yourself." yes changing breaks and whatnot is doable yourself but no person in his right mind wants to delve into that topic.

Yeah and I am just at the border past gen Z, being the older millennial.

Boomers should really screw themselves off this planet (there very few that still have an inch of empathy and they are hard to find).

The main thing I want, being a functional and logical human being is decent work for money. I don't even live in a poor country.

It shouldn't be hard to find fucking work, as I know I can be productive. I am starting to seriously despise this era, with an over abundance of stupid HR, depressing news and too much digitalization of everything (apps fucking everywhere for everything, it's more inconvenient than anything else).

Also politics.. No person above 70-75 should be president or be in position of power in a company.. By all logic the brain starts deteriorating fast around that age, and they fuck it up for everyone.

Wealth should be passed on to the children who then can build a life for their children and so on..

I'm coming to this point myself after recently discussing these issues with boomers. On one side of the spectrum, I'm like what are boomers supposed to do about it? Give their money away?

But then again one of them I was talking to was looking at purchasing his 8th home. The other, his 22nd.

At one point in these discussions while I was bitching about rent being $1400-1800/mo basically everywhere, I was point-blank asked "Well, why don't you just buy a home"? They're fucking clueless that "starter homes" are a luxury of the past. They're clueless that entry level jobs are non-existent. They're clueless that a college degree and a handshake away from a well paying job. They're clueless that if you can't afford a home, that must mean you're not working 40 hours a week. They just. do. not. get. it.

Im finally at the point where I'm just disengaging, nodding and agreeing with them that the younger gens are just lazy faggots who stare at screens all day so they can tell me that I'm "one of the good ones".

They will die off. That wealth has to go somewhere. I plan to be that somewhere. I will not be a forever renter.

It honestly makes no sense to bomb cities especially when they are so diverse. Thats why proxies are used. Its like China blowing up nyc is like killing tons of Chinese too. Thats why places literally getting bombed are all homogenous.
It is hilarious. Like imagine middle east blowing up an American city but the american city is also full of middle eastern people. lmao.
>>
>MUH HOUSE MUH HOUSE MUH HOUSE

Does this whiny ass generation talk about literally anything else? You are not entitled to cheap spacious housing. Why do you even want one? You're all chudcels who never even kissed a woman but I'm supposed to believe you're able to provide for a family?
>>

>Yeah you don't have a house, wife or kids, but you get to gamble with a supercomputer that even the homeless guy or malnourished jeet carries in their pocket
>>

the term "world war" was coined in the 50s as propaganda term. Repeating it identifies you as fucking normal faggot.
>oh it makes no sense to bomb cities
After the boomer is gone, Beijing, Moscow, Tehran, Pyongyang, Islamabad, London, Paris and Berlin get a nuke

>Now zoomers have to compete with the whole world to have [...]
That sucks bro. Maybe they shouldn't be for diversity or globalization anymore? Somehow they know the cause and they don't want to admit a potential solution? I thought they wouldn't take shit anymore? Guess they really are faggot wussys in the end.
>>62072486
Trvth. Just let them kill themselves. That's going to be their future anyways. No need to help them in any way.

They also whine about not being able to go a doctor for free for a daily penis inspection. Zoomies are fucking weird man.

Mass immigration really got out of control because of laws passed in the 80s and early 90s. Reagan's amnesty, expansion of refugee resettlement and chain migration, etc. Most boomers didn't want it to happen, but the Chamber of Commerce lobby snuck that stuff through when nobody was paying attention. Then as now, most people were too focused on culture war bullshit to notice the boring legislation that was actually deciding their future.
>>
>>62072383
Dude zoomers were absolutely fucked. Zoomers when they were kids were bombarded with messages and information at a rate unheard of in human history thanks to the internet and every generation was running a grift on them, boomers, gen X, millennials, even their own Gen Z peers were telling them their wrong, buy my product, subscribe to my channel for more details. Gen Alpha is going to have it even worse because take all the above, refine it so its even more cutthroat and invasive and pervasive, and add in AI.

everyone with two brain cells to rub together knows these were short term collateral for the Boomer ponzi, same as in the 70s

>>62074802
I don’t know man. I don’t get the zoomers. But I understand motivation must be zero, when you got no one to spend your time with.
And honestly, immigration and diversity has nothing to do with hoefilation.
Hell, even femenism got nothing to do with it.
Mixture of social media + billionaire of turdwordlers praising any woman they find online , equals hoefilation, and working hard for an empty cold future is gonna be demoralizing

>bottom 90% has cut back spending
Only buying 3 onions lattes each day, only ordering 20 meals off grubhub per week instead of 21, and cancelling one of the 9 streaming services you never actually use isn't really "cutting back" though.

They don't though. They're just so entitled and narcissistic that they think their extravagant luxuries are actually necessities.

Yeah I forgot gen alphas.
What are they? Like teenagers? They are royally fucked. Like imagine you were in elementary school during covid and now you are monumentally behind socially.
Lmao I am incel and all, but I can at least talk.
Went to a rave last week filled with zoomers and these people can’t even talk normally anymore.
>>
>>62075385
Great point.

The generational warfare shit is retarded in the first place, but the shit people bitch about had almost nothing to do with actual Boomers.

Some left-wing retard on YouTube (I forgot his name) posted another grift video about "muh evil" Boomers and the thumbnail is a fucking picture of Ronald Reagan...

A lot of the welfare policies, banking policies and immigration policies were passed by people born from the fucking 1860s to 1910s. The people that created the Federal Reserve and the Income Tax were born around the 1860s and I've actually seen retards blame Boomers for that too.
>>
>>62076412
It’s funny but in this very thread people are blaming gen x too. Pretty soon millennials gonna be blamed for every bad thing that ever happened soon too lmao
Just blame everyone else culture
>>
current generation alpha is going to be fucked royally. all they do is play fortnite. they dont meet outside, they dont drink/party, they dont socialize, they have no experience outside of their smartphones and social media which unironically fucks up their mind with brain rot content. whenever I see my nephew all I can think about is how the economy in the west is going to die out in the next 20 or so years because people like him are the ones who are going to have to build/pay the future of our society and I just dont see it. people like him are the first generation that is going to have it worse than the previous one. makes me glad I was born at the right time in history.

I see your point that it is better to rent if you have the means to afford a house. You are probably right seeing as a lot of wealthy celebrities rent.
>>

The ultra wealthy have stolen more than half of all available wealth and they still run articles like this so retards like you and me can argue with each other about who managed to buy an extra pack of cookies last week.

The most retarded people in the history of the world still cannot realize the reason they are poor is because the rich have taken their money through tax kick back schemes (government takes your money and literally gives it to them), frauds through their companies (shrinkflation, shittification, fraud through fillers, incorrect weights and measures, assorted fuckeries), through wage theft, unpaid overtime, grants, tax breaks, offshore wealth accumulation, tax schemes, bribery, inflation, scheming in the stock market with shorting, leveraging through non-existing items being sold but not purchased or given (metals, stocks etc).

The frauds are vast but our minds are small so we continue to accept that we are the problem when in reality you need only look who is pissing on your fucking dumb head. You stupid uneducated bastards.
>>
I forgot to mention there are other schemes like payday loans, drugs, other "sin" vessels through which they enslave you retards who spend your money on dog shit they claim is gold. SaaS and subscriptions, digital media. The vastness of our retardation is unfathomable and they take advantage of you everyday.

housing prices and costs go up, rent goes up
mortgage payments eventually end
>>
>>62072316
Boomers do know that feel.

Boomers dont know what its like to be young with an infinite dopamine machine in their pockets, unlimited suitors for even ugly fat girls, or for average men to have no hope of a sexual partner, or for Chads one that is worth it. Housing is a part of it, but its the one thing Boomers have experience with but nobody thinks they do because they look at historical prices and think it was easy.

>>
>>62072529
I agree, I think that we've had no growth effectively since 2008. Certain sectors have gone up like tech and finance but in real terms, virtually everything else has gone down which makes is zero out. We're not all going to work at these tech companies especially as they outsource, insource, and AI everything they can. The economy is shit and nothing will change that ever, this is what collapse looks like.

I remember my boss told me a story where he was basically talking about being poor in the 90's as a waiter, he still had a small apartment and a car. In that area today, rent, a car payment, and car insurance alone would be like 80% of your post tax income if not more. And I bet he didn't need 8 references, 10 years work experience, and someone working there to vouch for him just to get the job either.

You zoomies really just don't get how much more wealth was stratified in the 90s and 2000s in terms of lifestyle.
You can cry about "wealth" disparities all you want, but it doesn't mean much anymore. It's just numbers on a computer.
When I was kid you could CLEARLY see the wealth disparity when you stepped into someone else's house.
>Go to poor friends house
>Want to watch something on TV
>4 channels, have to adjust the family TVs Bunny ears to try to get the baseball game
>Want to play a game? Got to play the hand-me-down Sega Genesis on the same family TV, if dad wants to watch something, no games. Kicked outside to eat bugs out of the dirt or climb a tree
>No way to contact them online since they can't afford dialup, have to call the family phone to hope someone is there to yell at them to get a hold of them
Then you go to your rich friends house:
>Hundreds of channels on digital cable to watch whatever you want
>Dedicated DSL connection for the kids computer (they have 2 COMPUTERS and it's always ONLINE, they might even have a ROUTER!)
>They even have a trampoline in the backyard!
Now every zoomer has a gaming console, basically infinite Internet, access to every song on the planet instantly, more content than you could ever watch in your entire life, they all live in the same groomercord channels whether they live in a double wide or a mansion, every kid has at least a 40 inch flat screen HDTV they got for a hundred bucks, a computer, a smart phone. Its insane. Lifestyle crunch has made everyone a king, but then you low level retards cry that your Uber eats order is expensive. Appreciate you live in a world of abundance.

>Li et al., 2002

>Necessities: These are traits you require at a baseline level before you care about anything else. For women, intelligence and kindness are the "meat and potatoes." If a man isn't at least moderately smart and kind, no amount of money or looks will make him a viable long-term partner.

>Luxuries: These are "bonuses" like being a great cook, having a specific hobby, or being exceptionally wealthy. You only start "spending" points on these once the necessities (intelligence/kindness) are met.

Incel redpill theories lose again

Maybe not fry your brain with dumb smartphones like a subhuman.

it is indeed no lie that any family that has been here 100...even 50 years would be massively wealthy just by barely having their shit together. then the 3rd generation is where they start blowing shit usually so most of the people that even make it get cycled out.

Forgot to add, I specifically remember this even in the late 2000s and early 2010s.

Being one of the poorer kids (and living in rural Ohio), I remember when the Bad Company 2 Beta came out on Xbox 360, all of my friends had it downloaded almost instantly and we're playing. It took my internet about 2 - 4 hours to complete the download and I couldn't play with them until the next day.

My computer couldn't handle ANY games except Runescape, FunOrb and AddictingGames.

Jeez...

I just remember having one (the Gameboy Color). My mom bought it when I was 4 or 5 years old. It was green and I had Pokémon stickers all over it. I had Pokémon Blue, Pokémon Yellow, TMNT Fall of the Footclan, Castlevania 2 Belmont's Revenge and some NFL game. I don't remember if I had any other games.
