I make almost exactly what you make and pay $850 in a flyover state. It’s doable if you’re willing to sacrifice. I have about $2000 left each month after expenses to put in stocks, metals, whatever. Life is easy on ~$55k, can’t imagine how people manage to squander six figure salaries. How is it even possible? Give me a decent salary (80-100) and I’ll live like a fucking king.

In today's kike world reality, unless this is in flyoverville, OP is at best getting a crack house surrounded by diversity on that salary. I live in a top-5 cheapest state based on median house prices. Even here, borrowing 3x OP's annual income with 20% down still gets you a run down little box on a tiny lot.
