Everyone knows LTC and for most part even hardcore BTC maxis "tolerate" LTC or point to it as the least shit shitcoin. LTC is generally "liked", like dogecoin. Crypto is all vaporware driven by psychology so a solid, decade old positive sentiment is very rare. The network strength itself is kinda solid as well.

It has clear legal classification as a pure commodity because it wasn't premined, the creator is out of the picture and it's proof of work. I'm not sure if it's up to date but BTC and LTC were the only 2 PoW shitcoins with pure commodity legal status in the amerifats land.

Absolutely irrelevant in 2026. There were some efforts to market it as a "private" silver to BTCs gold but nobody uses LTC for privacy. Nobody uses the NFTs on LTC.
