The limitation on collecting foodstamps is you can't have more than a few grand in a bank account at any given time. If you have multiple family members in on this, it gets easier. You can have an infinite amount of money in iras and 401ks (roth ladders and 72ts to get the money out no penalty). If you own a business, you can pay yourself a poverty salary and "reinvest" the rest. You can now also hire your family members so you can all easily do the scam together.
