The basement hasn't had a dehumidifier in it for 7 years and it's full of rat shit and probably mold. The roof is overdue by 2 years and it'll cost about $20k for a new roof. Water collects around the foundation of the house when it rains and he doesn't do anything about it. The water filters need to be changed twice a month, but he only does it once a month, so there's rust in both bathrooms. The master bathroom bathtub drain leaks into the basement and he hasn't fixed it in 4 years, so he just showers in the other bathroom. The kitchen sink leaks water. The fridge is brown from dirt and grime. The stove is covered in dirt and grime. The microwave above the stove is broken, so he has a separate microwave on the counter. The carpet is 20 years old and destroyed. The laminate flooring is peeling away. The window sills are bubbled and peeled from water damage. The furnace is 20 years old. The garage has no electricity running to it and the garage door is broken. He doesn't even fix that when he used to install and repair garage doors as a job for 30 years. There are cobwebs in the living areas. The porches are falling apart and it's a tripping hazard every time you walk up the stairs.All he does is get drunk, jackoff to porn, blast music and mow the lawn.Having a parent that is lazy, financially retarded and unhygienic will screw you over when it comes to owning and maintaining a home.
