I finally achieved a near perfect credit score. Now what do I do with this?
>>62079737>fico score 9Nothing
>>62079737take out a big loan and move to a lower cost of living country.
>>62079763His FICO score is 849 you dummy.
>>62079770They made it easier to get a high score with 9.>>62079737You should still be able to debtmaxx and disappear if you wish
>>62079737debtmaxx
Take out a giant loan, buy physical gold with cash and declare bankruptcy
I stopped caring about credit score when I realized cost of living is rising so rapidly while rates are still high it won't ever matter anyway. All of the boomers and 30yo 'zillennial' wannabe boomers who say "you'll never afford a good house in a nice neighborhood!" miss the point that a shitbox built in the 1990s in a neigborhood full of white people is like 600,000 dollars, and that area will brown out in 20 years anyway forcing me to sell and move somewhere else to escape the collapse of society.People will try to gaslight you that it matters, but if you game out how things only ever get worse it doesn't make sense to plan for a retirement in florida or whatever like boomers did, because standards will fall so far and florida will literally be 50% puerto rican by then.
>>62079870This really, just make sure you lie and say you lost it all on hookers and blow in Mexico or some shit
>>62079899I think it matters if you want to debtmaxxOnce you hit a perfect score, doesn't that mean you can get the biggest loan possible with the most favorable terms and interest rate?
>>62079737credit score doesn't matteryou won't qualify for big loans unless you have good cashflow/income
>>62079737Massive loan on a high end cocktail bar.
>>62079996I've heard it's more likely but they can still fuck you over or be retarded. And applying for a loan means a hard pull on your credit score anyway so if the bank is like "yeah naw cunt" and turns you down you still take a hit to your score for the pull because hte system is max kiked and designed to fuck you over.
>>62079737Apply for all the no annual fee balance transfer promo credit cards and lines of credit. Take all the credit out and buy a high yielding covered call etf. Collect the yield for the length of the promo then when the 0% ends, sell and pay it back. I like the preferred share products that michael saylor made but there's plenty of choices.
>>62079737I have a high credit score as well, over 800, but it's meaningless as no bank will give me a loan as I have no proof of income. Even after showing them proof of $500,000 in my Vanguard account, they wouldn't give me a loan. So I bought my house with cash outright
>>62080488Lrn 2 shell company, lad. On paper you can bullshit any income you want with half a milly in the bank.
>>62080488Me too
>>62080488checked. invite the bankers to your house warming party.
>>62079870>>62079951This
>>62079737You won. Take the first exit and claim your prize.
>>62080656Not as easy as you're making it sound. If it is, just explain it. You won't because it isn't as simple as that.
>>62080488You should use the card that allows you to borrow at 0% against equity with no payment until you sell and buy treasuries and live off the coupon payments getting paid to borrow against an asset you own.
>>62081520What card is that?
>>62079737take a shower and just be nice to women, bro. it's not that hard. you incels love to make up problemd
>>62079737You mog me on score; mine's only in the 780s. I bet my $360k total credit limit is higher though.
>boasting about your goy scoreGrim
I heard when you hit 850 you never see another black person again.
>>62079737No idea how to make it any higher, nor do I care. They call it goyscore for a reason
>>62081651Damn how did you achieve that limit?
>>62084996I kept opening new credit cards to take advantage of sign up bonuses and 0% APR offers. At my peak I had 40+ open credit cards with almost $400k total credit limit. Now only about 30 are still open.
>>62085043>30 cards and great scoreAren't so many cards hard to manage? Or do you only use a couple and wait for the banks to close the rest from disuse?
>>62085046I only actively use 2 cards at most. Everything is monitored through a budgeting app (Monarch Money) so I'll immediately know if a hacker somehow manages to charge one of my cards
>>62079737Nothing there is no more benefits once you get over 760
>>62081684It's including his mortgage.
>>62080146It's hard to get a high score without high income to get higher credit limits though?
>>62085043How many cards a year is too many to open?
>>62079737Take out a million dollars in unsecured loans and then declare bankruptcy.
