Sorry lads, I was one of the newfags to the general last thread, and I saw it on page 10 and didn't think to bump it since it was nearing 200 posts and figured someone else would, but I suppose this is a bit more niche

Anyways, for my project I'm currently doing my own simple implementation of what tview does so I can write my own indicators and bruteforce inputs and backtest them heavily (I'm not doing a full bruteforce i dont want to overfit etc)

Right now I have a node based expression tree thing going in C#, so I can write stuff like

I don't see it going anywhere but down short-to-mid term.. But markets have been exceptionally irrational lately. Every day the conflict drags on, more long term price impacts are baked in. So TACO or not, prolonging this will have real price impacts. But IDK! Global production from countries that don't need to route through the strait could just increase to balance it out too.

What this whole thing has taught me is that I need a workflow for building custom dashboards and pipelines for geopolitical events quickly.
