That's not farfetched if we expect the Chainlink Network to collectively process 1 Quadrillion dollars in transactions (i.e. more than the DTCC) a year. That's 3.65*10^-3 % of the transactions. Suppose Chainlink takes 0.01% of the Quadrillion dollars as revenue for the network, 10^-4 *10^12 = 10^8. yeah we're short to be able to pay out to the staking pool which would require $27.375*10^9. Might have to cut that down to 10 cents a link a day.
