I paid $650 for hr block to file my taxes. I'll shop around more next year but I just couldn't be fucked especially with the insane amount of trades I did last year

To be fair I trade futures actively and just buy and hold ETFs... but my 700+ trades in futures just get consolidated on the tax documents and it takes about 5 seconds to enter it on freetaxusa. For other stuff the PDF upload will generally grab everything and automatically fill it out. Might take a bit to get familiar with their website but it takes me 5 minutes now to get everything sent off. They charge $16 for the state filing and the federal is free.
