Probably a good buy. I think MSTR might have knee capped itself with the STRC product. I want saylor and MSTR to win but I have a hard time seeing it work. I think the main crowd of STRC buyers are traders parking cash waiting to buy risk assets. I'm curious what happens when risk on returns. I'm guessing MSTR will have to do massive buybacks on STRC and sell MSTR to pay for this buyback. They survive the bear market but overdilute to benefit from the bull market.
