Is now a good time to sell a house? Or should I just landlordmaxx?

I kind of wanted some capital to [temporarily] escape America during its collapse and then come back and buy land for pennies on the dollar again, as well as invest in gold and bitcoin when everything crashes. But the future is uncertain.

It depends on your area. It's easier selling a house in spring/summer than winter/fall.
