My napkin math says if Iran breaks the ceasefire one day too early they might force the US to draining their strategic petroleum reserve dry a month earlier than projected. WTI contracts run out, then Bessent who loaned multiple companies oil from the SPR has a choice to bail them out with cash or physical oil. Cash makes little sense so he would likely go for oil thus draining the reserve.
