Markets are by definition rational, because markets are price-finding instruments. They exist to tell you the right price of assets and commodities. Ergo, whatever price they arrive at is the correct price. You know it's the correct price because it's the price you can buy and sell it at. If the market determined the price of NVDA was $100 and you got excited and loaded up your brokerage only to find that you could only buy it for $200, that would be an irrational market. This does not happen, though.
