AI is going to make banking nearly impossible. AI will hallucinate reasons for every transfer being a scam, thank you India, and it will take days to navigate the AI governed customer support to approve it. Companies are using AI to actively make their products and services unusable just so they can be completely immune to liability. I can't understand why everyone is creating unusable systems and claiming AI is good for us. This ties back to the K shaped economy, because pre-vetted elites will be given all of the proper services and human attention, while the rest of have to deal with neutered unhelpful AI systems that are designed to basically make the 90% go away. The future of businesses will be that more customers are actually a liability because a wealthy client would cover the price of 10 poorer clients. Businesses are secretly in this stage now but don't want to spook us during the transition.
>tldr
AI is ruining services and we are a service economy.

it's everywhere. software is getting buggier and products are getting shittier. the cope is that "the free market" will produce competition. the headwinds are massive due to the network effects of these shitty companies and their stranglehold over the government

My unified theory of why companies are being more hostile in general is because they are offloading employees customers and processes in order to prepare for an imminent population die off event.

Your bank accounts only exist in software
