I never got a definitive answer, sell some silver and buy land for a small farm in the city?
I know, I know, real estate is massively overpriced, but this is raw land. How does the price of raw land compare to the price of silver?
>>
On the weekend I tried paying for my groceries in these silver coins that Peter Schiff sold me and I got laughed at by the attractive checkout girl. I tried telling her about how fiat money was worthless and how it's going up to 1k/oz, but she just laughed even harder. My hands started trembling and my coin sleeve popped and sent my coins flying. By this time a massive queue was behind me and I'm there frantically scooping up silver quarters as the checkout girl blushed and cringed. I got so frustrated and embarrassed that I lost control of my poop-chute and before I knew what was happening a warm torrent of liquid turd spewed forth, quickly overwhelming my y fronts and gushing from the legs of my cargo pants. I flailed around briefly, trying to gain my footing, but it was no use as the coins and shit formed a slick and moveable surface- a silver studded abomination of a skating rink, built for my own torture. The crowd quickly dispersed in disgust and I gave up and sunk down onto my mess. I felt a tap on my shoulder, it was the elderly black security guard, 'come on, son, it's time to leave' he said, 'B-but I'm hedging against inflation' I protested. He shook his head and averted his gaze as he swung a cart in my direction. 'grab ahold of this' he said. I grasped the bottom of the cart and he heaved at the handle and slowly dragged my shit covered form off the premises. As I was being hailed away, I looked back to see a cleaner shoveling the silver speckled mess into a waste bag. She tied a knot in the bag and sent it deep into a trashcan. Not even the cleaner wanted my coins.

you want to be mostly self sufficient, and you want to live in a city? do a flip.
>>
>>62138713
Cities give white males with BWC access to asian women and latina women. Inferior women of inferior races cream for white males. White males are the apex species on the planet. The most deired, attractive, high iq, and well endowed. Asian and the brown races literally cream themselves at night thinking about getting inseminated by white european seed. The city gives one greater access to these women in order to fulfill their innate desire to be colonized and have their inferior genes bleached out of them. Its simple math. Living in close proximity to the non whites increases the bleaching potential. The world would be a better place if white men acted like their ancestors did when they arrived in brazil in the 1500's and bleached as many indigenous peoples as humanly possible. The early explorers created more intelligent and more attractive offspring, but more bleaching is needed. It could be done with a few hundred thousand white males being sent down to south america, japan, and korea and mating with their women. This would create an entire generation of better people and advance civilization

>>62140532
Nah, that's ain't happening. If we didn't see 50 during the late Jan niggering we ain't seeing it here. They couldn't even get it down to 60.

Fun Fact: Compared to this time last year China has doubled its Silver imports. The chinks know it is going up, which is why they put up export controls in the first place. I could use more too, but even if dipped to 50 I can't go out and buy much. What I got now is probably what I'm gonna have to work with. I'm just glad I got what I did when I did.

>Why the city?
A poorly tapped market because everyone goes for the relatively cheaper land with less regulations, my customer base would be closer and captive.
Plus I could walk to it since I already live nearby. It's not the "city city", more like a small town where they won't change the designation and incorporate into the nearby town because they get to charge more taxes and regulate more this way. Basically I'm not really competing with real farmers inside the city.

Noted, thanks. I did see someone look at it through the lens of Eliot Wave back in December, predicting a drop-off from around Jan to July and then from July to Nov achieving a new ATH, so I think many expect drops in price but that doesn't mean increases can't happen afterwards. Also been diversified since before PMs so having information on what could happen helps planning the rotation into more PMs.

In March, China’s silver imports jumped 78% month-on-month, reaching about 836 tonnes, which is a record level, as per Chinese customs data via Mint and Bloomberg. This March import figure is 173% higher than the 10-year average for March, which is around 306 tonnes.

Making money when times are good and under relative normalcy is easy. Having profitable trades when shit is hitting the fan is far more important than people understand. Any number, no matter how large or how many years of compound interest, when multiplied by zero it is still zero. And with that knowledge in mind, suffering 80% or 90% losses are just as devastating no matter who you are.
It is not enough to simply try to accumulate more and more dollars to chase nominal gains. If the credit assets start losing purchasing power you'll be unwittingly eating real losses for months and years before you decide to make a move. And if silver is all sold out and there is nowhere left to hide you could find yourself one of those unfortunate souls who is now entirely at the mercy of whatever rationing scheme the government will rely on to feed you. You could find yourself too scared to stand in a breadline because the number of blacks is too dangerous to approach.
I couldn't imagine seeing the monetary fundamentals deteriorating before my very eyes and not taking any action. It's like watching a cow standing on railroad tracks staring at a train careening towards them at 40MPH for 2 minutes before impact. I've understood these problems since I was 20 years old. I really don't understand how people are willing to just go into the slaughterhouse so easily.

I think the jews are going to find out that people are catching on to their plans and they aren't going to be able to just rule over us indefinitely. They set the ball in motion even long before the internet was a thing and growing awareness of who these people really are, what they think, how they act etc is all being digested by the masses. This horrible hellscape of a modern world is entirely their machinations and no one really likes it.

Daily reminder Costco gold is very comfy.

>Usually released around noon est
>Prices are less than Kitco, APMEX etc charge
>ESPECIALLY once you factor in the 2% executive discount and the 2-3%+ you get back on online purchases you're often at or below spot
>Regular options are PAMP suisse 1 oz bars, occasionally they have bars from the British Royal Mint and RAND, sometimes 100g bars, American Gold Eagles and Gold Buffalos, or weird 1g 10g stuff

Silver is ok but they often have bigger premiums, lots of 10 oz PAMP silver bars

There is something primal about actually seeing large amounts of real wealth in person like this. Comparing the gains of my stack to the gains in my brokerage are two completely different things.
It all harkens back to a very simple first-principle of economics. What is money and why do we want it? It is the purchasing power and the exchange value specifically that makes it desirable. It's not true that we work for dollars. We work because they can buy us the things we need to live. It is the purchasing power that matters. Not the amount of fiat-dollary doos.
I don't feel like I need to worry about my stack. It's an axiomatic fact of reality that it will be worth more in the future when interest rates start to cause panic in the bond market. I do have to worry about my brokerage account. I have counterparty risk, inflation risk, trade risks to account for. It's nice that not all of my wealth is someone else's liability. My assets are free and clear.

From a practical standpoint, this should be pretty obvious to anyone who thinks about it for more than 2 seconds. The boomers became handsomely wealthy between the 1980s and present day. Are we to assume that the same monetary debasement will continue for a whole new cycle where boomers despite the system already being saturated with debt?
People pretend that it was just our "decision" to be wealthy. We could have been deficit spending and handing out tax cuts instead of paying our bills. You don't actually need to buy your groceries, instead just LOAN your money to Kroger and they can give you the groceries and they repay you plus interest!
It totally works!

Florida: Currently creating legislation (SB 1588) to allow financial institutions to handle gold/silver and establish a framework for state-sanctioned custodial services for gold/silver.

Idaho: Introduced SB 1421 in late March 2026, this bill seeks to allow the State Treasurer to hold a portion of state funds (specifically the permanent endowment and PERSI retirement funds) in physical gold and silver. The legislation is designed as a hedge against inflation and caps the investment at 7.5% of the total fund.

Georgia: Introduced SB 424 in March 2026. If it clears the House, it would:

-Recognize gold and silver specie as legal tender.
-Establish a state bullion depository.
-Develop an electronic payment system backed by physical metals

Utah: Enacted a law this year requiring the state to create a precious metals-backed electronic payment system specifically for paying state vendors. This is intended to add legitimacy and infrastructure to the private gold market.

Oklahoma: Considering a measure to create a gold-backed electronic payment system and remove state capital gains taxes on metals.

Missouri: Proposed bills (HB 1867/1955) to eliminate state capital gains taxes and recognize metals for public debt payment.

Maryland: Expanding sales tax exemptions for all bullion/coin sales, effective July 1, 2026 (overturning a previous $1,000 threshold).

Minnesota: Currently working on expanding the sales tax exemption to include a wider range of coins and currency forms. (previously it only covered like 95%+ purity or something like that)

Arizona: Reaffirming status; HB 2014 allows gold/silver as legal tender with zero sales tax.
