Bros I wanna get into long term investing since I saw one (1) Youtube video that said I need to have some backup money in case my car breaks down.

That is my first thought as well, the only concern I have is how AI based the US economy is right now.
When the crash inevitably happens it could wipe out a lot of value.

You're suppose to dollar cost average. Split your investment into 12 parts and invest one part per month. Then from then on buy an equal amount each month with your paycheck. This way you buy more shares when the S&P 500 is low and less shares when its high.

Yeah I was thinking of investing about 200$ each month for the foreseeable future.
Im from outside the US so its not a bad amount of money over here.
