Why is every single company posting ghost jobs? I've been working for 10 years and it never took me more than 2 months to find a job. Its been like almost 8 fucking months. Lots of 3rd round interviews thst I did really well on, 2 weeks after being denied I see the same job. Had 4 interviews last week with 4 companies, already denied for one and haven't heard from the others.How is this legal? How far are they gonna push us??

The best way for data collection is just to let the job offer posted and collect data from the thousands of applicants without spending money on useless interviews.

Retired HR people on some of the big ones like fb said they were told to pretend to hire people to keep up the image of growth to protect stock from dumping. Basically just to scam public perception.I believe this shit is also quite prevalent because ive noticed companies in different countries list hiring positions on their website forever.
