USO and BNO are bullish, but XOM, CVX, and the futures CL is bearish. Particularly CVX looks like its about to fall apart. Its below the 50 SMA with no support till the 200 SMA 12% below. The same is also true of XOM, but XOM has such bullish history people won't sell easy. XOM will probably just chop around for a few weeks.
