Without sounding like a delusional baggie, what is the clarity act supposed to do for adoption and market cap of cryptocurrencies in the short term if it passes wouldn't people just sell the news?
>>
>>62146323
It's about creating clarity, in crypto
>>
>>62146323
Its about involving more jew parasites, berry bvllish saaar!
>>
>>62146323
>can jews ruin yet another legit market?
>>
>Very tight window of time with midterm fast approaching
It kind of sounds like it may not pass this year.
>>
>>62146453
I never had this feeling before but it really feels like theater to me, as if theyre waiting on smth else to conclude before they push this through.
>>
>>62146453
It was clear it wasn't passing months ago. You had the banks clearly uninterested in compromise, democrats keen to later indict Trump on his WLF shit, coinbase pulling out of the deal. The fact polymarket hasn't been at 1% for most of this year is just stupid.
>>
>>62146323
Many cryptocurrencies have utility. The ones with utility will have the green light for corporations to purchase and utilize upon CLARITY passing without fear of SEC backlash.
>>
>>62146453
It's now looking like it could be May. But i think there are a lot of legacy banks and systems that really want it to all collapse.

Clarity act passing = crypto moons
It failing means crypto crashes.

The institutes can manipulate price by being against it or for it. Expect lots of back and forth price swings as institutes and governments make progress and then revert said progress

The core thing about CLARITY is that it locks in the legal status of crypto, stablecoins, etc. The idea is that with that being known the financial industry etc can actually engage with these products because their legal status is locked-in. That's what the "clarity" name part is all about.

The fighting over it from banks is that they want to prevent stablecoins from offering high interest rates because obviously everyone with a brain will move from shitty bank accounts with .5% interest rates to get 4% from a stablecoin offering. So they added a clause saying stablecoins can't offer interest and/or only at atrociuos rates basically equal to bank savings accounts.

Ultimately what you should take away from this is that our Congress is corrupt, retarded, and the country is teetering on the brink of dissolution as a result.

But people can already get ~4% interest on stable coins and it is easy as fuck to move money from bank to stables. The biggest hurdle is money in crypto is hard to use for daily transactions and bigger stuff like buying homes, cars, etc

I don't understand what you don't get. The banks are trying to make this illegal. Yes you can do this now but they're trying to stop you from doing it.

>The biggest hurdle is money in crypto is hard to use for daily transactions and bigger stuff like buying homes, cars, etc
Again, I'm confused. You know you can get crypto debit/credit cards right? You can easily spend stablecoins, even crypto if you're willing to suffer a spread difference.
>>
>>62148045

They are trying to ban this in the CLARITY act.
>>
>>62146323

It makes it clear that Jews own you and the entire world.
>>
>>62148107
>>62148194
Oh okay I understand now, I guess I can see why major CEXs are against this now because everyone would withdraw their stables if this happened. Honestly that is a good thing CEXs are major PVP niggers and destroying them would be the most bullish thing for crypto
>>
Btc is going to 1m in your lifetime. That's what it means.
>>
>>62146323
It is supposed to completely decimate the crypto market when it doesn't pass this year and then allow a good 3-4 years of consolidation.
>>
>>62148045
They are trying to prevent people from being able to passively get it from fintech because banks are demonic parasites who want to make money off your money while waging war against everything you like and value and pay you nothing while doing so while assets and housing prices outpace wages.
>>
>>62148948
>your lifetime
there are 20 year olds on this board whose lifetime will be another 60 years.
>>
>>62148919
As it stands CLARITY has some upsides and some downsides. I don't think it makes that big of a difference if it passes or not, but also I think it will pass. The question of stablecoin interest is not yet answered.
>>
>>62147267
its bullshit that the niggas that create the fiat money are also able to pay off politicians with said fiat money. Is that not literal plutocracy? These greedy ass bank lobbyist and the corrupt senators have delayed it all year. they are just trying to stall it until it's too late.
>>
>>62149468
It's already too late. the governing structure is discredited and we're just running out the clock on them.
