Everytime I walk around in the office, everyone is on their cellular phone devices doing absolutely no work. How is there any productivity happening at all in our economy?

most office jobs are communism supported systems where adult children that have never done any illicit drugs or questioned the system get rewarded with high income from low effort, protected by group think and clan mentality

I'm paid two thirds of what I should be, you aren't getting a full day out of me any day.

if the gov can successfully misrepresent the value of a dollar, I, on a smaller scale should successfully be able to misrepresent the value of my effort

Why are people so determined to get u to work? I don't mind working only 3 hours and using the rest to discuss gold and de-dollarization with an ai while I eat up all the snacks on their dime.

There's plenty of Walmart jobs and field work for you if you want to work or just start your own business/farm. Just leave me alone man.

>White collar jobs = Jewish daycare larp as a career professional while doing nothing and only pretending to work

>blue collar = actual wealth producing production that subsidizes the entire fake Jewish day care job economy.

I work at a huge boomer company that still has a pension let me give an example
>50 year old with 2x my salary spends an hour trying to edit a PDF
>I do it in 2 mins
Now which one of us thinks they did more work
>>
>>62152776
what company still does pensions in the year 2026?
>>
>>62152767
if you produced value you wouldn't be indirectly or directly bossed around by people like me.
>>
>>62152787

>>
>>62152816
im not trying to dox you im just wondering what the hell kind of private industry job offers pensions for white collar workers. what industry is this?
>>
>>62148087
The amount of absolutely boring lives in a big corporate cubicle farm is partly why I left. I couldn’t tell anyone had a wild coke habit young and barely graduated high school, while they were A students and got masters with no problem. And I couldn’t tell them I took huge gambles and did ok. They had taken no risks or lost their asses and learned from it and had nothing interesting to talk about
>>
>>62147941
I'm at the bar at lunch drinking two martinis while thinking about my work. It's chargeable because I'm solving problems.
>>
>>62152816
That's actually a good stable business if lits if boomers work there. If it's all young people then you know the job is a grift finance play to investors.

> smart kid good at math
> "why don't you go be an engineer"
> enrolls in engineering school
> does fine first year, half the people drop out by design cuz too hard
> does the work to understand the very hard shit
> teaches other students, does most of work in group projects
> other students copy homework and slack off
> gets a much better GPA, but it's a bell curve
> it's a bell curve, so everyone gets degree
> gets employed by real company
> does all the hard fluid high IQ work and teaches idiot managers how shit works
> idiot managers just politic and job serf and decide you're just a mediocre cubicle dilbert tard and give you mediocre salary bump
> dumb useless people from your class spend their time knob polishing and become managers with higher salaries
> fuck this shit, the world is rigged, I'm buying BTC
> retires a few years later after 100x
>>
>>62152824
a lot of boomer fortune 500s that aren't tech companies like mine still do them. It's going to be a few hundred grand in todays dollars if I stick around until retirement. But that money could just be invested in index funds and grow faster and be liquid

>>62152871
>If it's all young people then you know the job is a grift finance play to investors.
it's pretty stable but that's also detrimental because a significant influence on pay is based on people's years experience. Which probably made more sense in the past but technology and things are changing so rapidly so we have this massive bloat of middle managers who are clueless and sit in meetings all day letting their underlings deal with shit for half the pay
>>
>>62153002
This but I bought alts instead so I'm still poor and waging in this hellhole for sadistic managers.
>>
>>62147941
I’m a power plant operator, like Homer Simpson but not nuclear. Occasionally we’ll have a tough day and have to do real work dealing with a crisis. But most of the time we fuck around on cell phones and tablets as we watch highly automated boilers and turbines run themselves.

High school never ended. Always tell yourself that when you can't figure out how managers got into their positions in the first place and why the smart autists stay stuck at the bottom forever.
>>
I'm a system administrator at a Fortune 500 company, running some antiquated shit that costs literally millions of dollars per year. My manager is a woman who literally has 0 idea how any of it works

I do all the talking, I meet with people, analyse requirements, propose solutions and engineer them, I fix shit on a tight timeline, I steer the ship away from icebergs when retards propose dumb fucking shit that would break everything. She meets the CTO, goes to conferences, receives accolades, "negotiates" the contracts (we just pay anything we're quoted) and earns double my pay. I do literally all the hard work.

I am paid very well and allowed to work remote and sometimes I'll even do nothing for weeks but holy shit im such a fucking cuck. There is also 0 possibility of me being promoted to a higher role because they all think I'm "technical" and lack people skills even though I am literally the one handling all the tough discussions.

Wouldn't even be surprised if she makes CTO at some company one day, while having literally 0 technical knowledge.

My dad was in a similar situation years ago. Threaten to leave. File whatever documentation you have to. Even interview at other places. Someone above your roastie manager knows how important you are and how useless she is and will eventually contact you with the objective of keeping you around.

alert their manager. don't let wagies get away with time theft like that.
>>
Computers and software made things 10000x more productive. People used to have stacks of paper at their desks, and dealing with that shit would take up the entire day. You can plug something in excel that will instantly do the work of something that used to take weeks of manual calculations. The fact that wage cattle have to sit in an office for the entire day while they do like 30 mins of work a day is insane.
