Hey guys my boss fired me for a safety violation as a way to downsize and not pay benefits.
I want to try to get unemployment but not sure what to put as the reason why i was terminated so I dont get automatically denied.

I dont have any way to deny it. pretty much just my word against theirs. And any witness buddies they have.

Well, it's also about what trade You chose. I am an electrician doing industrial maintenance for an EE company. An average wage for 8 hours of drinking coffee and frogposting on 4cuck. Before I inherited my parents house I used to do side jobs during the weekends on construction sites. But now I couldn't even be bothered anymore since my only expenses are mortgage payments, investments and car maintenance. My friend has his own plumbing company. He is working 80h/week but goes on vacations four times a year. On the other hand, my other friend is working as a carpenter, works his ass off and still is barely above minimal wage despite working for himself.

I was fired for insubordination for yelling back at my faggot "boss" on a video call, who I trained for 4 months

they were stupid enough to put "discharged for company policy" on a public report that came up in the background check of another job I was trying to get so now I'm collecting unemployment and fapping twice a day. could be worse.
