I don't get how zoomers approach business. They spend their 20s doing fuckall except consuming internet content. They don't invest their money in the S&P, develop their skills, or build a business. They literally just consume YouTube, X posts, TikTok, etc. Instead of courtship and marriage, they insist on pornography despite good evidence of its harms. Many are depressed and addicted to drugs of various kinds. Why is it so hard to just knuckle down, invest wisely, partner up, have a couple of kids, and follow the tried-and-true playbook of the past instead of all this gambling and immediate gratification?
you think that shit perms itself? youre off kirk frfr
Wageslaving for decades while being stuck with a wife and children sounds terrible. Chilling at home playing vidya and eating snacks all day sounds much more enjoyable.
>>62157508boomers love saying this exact thing and then when you point out they have done the exact same things in their life they get mad, the old man lamenting about porn was the founder of playboy, the old man lamenting about social media addiction is a man bitter about his free time, the old man lamenting about drugs was a raging alcoholic, basically whatever advice a boomer gives comes from their projection of what they wish they were and is disingenuous
>>62157575The shortcomings of boomers will be broadcast throughout the remainder of the sands of time
>>62157508Why should you care what the cannon fodder does in their spare time? Let them have ther "fun" before the drafts begin
>>62157508Ugh idk because all that is pretty hard to do???? Why are you a 4channer loser instead of james bond, nigga?
>>62157575Dont ever bother with them. Its just the same ol cliche bias cycle
>>62157508I am a zoomer and work 2 jobs and invest everything I can, go to bed gramps
>>62157508To what end? Seriously asking, what end goal do you think you are optimizing better for than they are and why is that your goal?
>>62157904Where are your investments?
>>62157909Fewest deathbed regrets.
>>62158013I think that's a reasonable metric, but if your moment-to-moment existence was more enjoyable for decades and it's only on your deathbed (or say, your final decade) that you come to regret it, is it obvious that having the fewest regrets is more important than having enjoyed your time?
