Why isn't there a low-processing power crypto miner (5-10%) that would run in the background of conventional desktop PC's, whilst you play First person shooters or MMORPG's with no lag or stutter. I always get this feeling my computer should be doing something productive whilst turned on, whether I'm AFK or actively engaging with it. Especially when trying RuneMate client and doing tasks like Guardians of the RiftAlways think to myself, why not Illuvium / Sandbox / My Neighbour Alice/ Smooth Love Potion / Osmosis instead of worthless in-game runes. Even Shiba Inu or Boneswap would be nice, but nope doesn't exist.. you can mine hardware-intensive currency like BTC & Monero and that's about it.Something with an easy to understand simple interface. Not necessarily solving complex algorithms, instead securing the network via minimal participation. It'd be awesome to turn on my computer, start up the program then leave the house knowing everyone involved was getting hourly Sundawg tokens. Or god forbid a newly minted project that eventually partnered a variety of optionsNot hardware intensive electricity chuggers that kill your computer components. Just a casual miner for fresh upstarts entering the space. Seems we have the technologyIf you don't get the Runemate metaphor i also see Jagex Games like Melvore Idle & often think "Why don't they just do that only instead of gaining levels, it's money?" You should in theory be able to accumulate XRP Ripple or XLM Stellar or Hedera HBAR. I really wish this would happen! Sometimes i search in google "New crypto to mine" but the same ancient players show up with unrealistic requirements. Like i want to actually be able to use my computer whilst it Innocuously runs on my taskbar, Instead these things take over your entire system.I'm not a technician or programmer but this request seems within reason. Don't know about the advanced technicals of how vault allocations would self-replenish available supply.
QNT talks about interoperable smart programmable money, but could it be sophisticated enough to function this way? Many protocols under one hood being distributed to participants? Is data gathered from those connected to a network valuable enough to make this feasible?
>>62158027Monero GUI wallet has this EXACT functionality built into it. Background miner that uses so little cpu you can't even tell it's there.
