Where do I get free OHLCV aggregates by the second and minute intervals for NQ, QQQ, ES and gold from the last 5 years? I don't feel like paying for this data.

I tried that the best would be some data from tradingview but the api sucks ass and it not consistent and it would take too long to scrape everything I need.
